The main part of the Festival will take place over the Bank Holiday Weekend of 24th – 26th May 2025.
The Festival will kick off on Friday night, 23rd May, with the wonderful Martha Tilston performing at Ashburton Arts Centre On the Saturday there will be talks and conversations at Ashburton Arts Centre and workshops at Field System followed, in the evening, with a performance by Dartmoor folk legend Seth Lakeman. Tickets for Seth’s gig will go live at 12 noon on Saturday 22nd February. On the Sunday there will be a varied programme of walks to choose from. The Festival weekend will culminate late Sunday afternoon with a conversation and performance by Dartmoor Morris legends Beltane Border. Over the following week there will be a chance to join walks and see more associated events, culminating in Ashburton Artists and Artisans @ashburton.artisans open studios weekender from 31st of May to 1st of June.
All events are ticketed separately. For the Friday and Saturday events taking place in Ashburton, as well as the Sunday event with Beltane Border, find tickets HERE. For these events there are three prices to suit all pockets. Please pay what you can to support the artists and the Arts Centre, and if you want to attend lots of events, then the bottom price makes the Festival quite affordable. If, for example, you want to attend all five daytime events on Saturday, you can effectively buy yourself a day ticket for £35 by choosing to purchase each event at the cheapest price.
